Terms of Service
Last updated May 8, 2026
These terms explain the basic agreement between you and ExpenseDash when you create an account, connect data sources, and use the product.
By accessing or using ExpenseDash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
ExpenseDash is provided to help you import, review, and analyze financial information. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the service or other users.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, import, or review through the product. Insights, categorizations, and summaries are provided for convenience and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your credentials promptly and stop using any affected integrations until access is secured.
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Drive, you authorize ExpenseDash to access the data needed to provide the integration features you requested.
You keep ownership of the files and information you upload or connect. You grant ExpenseDash the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and display that content so the service can function.
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service at any time, including integrations, features, limits, or technical requirements.
We aim to keep ExpenseDash available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every import will succeed in every case.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the product, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited, or use the platform to store or process unlawful material.
You may not use ExpenseDash in a way that violates another person’s rights, breaches security controls, or creates excessive load on the service.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will be error-free or fit for every particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpenseDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates security or legal risk, or if the service is discontinued.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, such as security, payment, ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms where applicable.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use of ExpenseDash after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
